- Items less than 2Kg(2,000g) : You can choose the delivery service of EMS and K-Packet.
- Items over 2Kg (2,000g) : You can choose the delivery serive of EMS.

Shipment period: Varies depending on the country. About 20 to 30 days.
Tracking number is not viewable.
K-Packet is similar to the air-mail service.

In case of lost or damaged items during shipment,
Through the post office, some amount of compensation is possible. ( Not full amount. )
We recommend shipping method EMS system, when you make an order with doll or expensive items.


* EMS
You can choose delivery service of EMS when ordering items from 0.1Kg to 30Kg.
Shipment period: Varies depending on the country. About 4 to 10 days.
It is possible to view the Tracking number.

In case of lost or damaged items during shipment,
Through the post office, the compensation is possible.
We recommend shipping method EMS system, when you make an order with doll or expensive items.

[Items Damaged In Delivery]
If the damaged Items is received, keep the original carton the product arrived in and take the following steps:
Shipper- EMS, contact quickly your local shipping company office for a damage inspection report. 

If damage to the Items is severe you may refuse the delivery.
Be sure that the driver has noted the damage in detail, both of you have signed, and get your customer copy of receipt or Bill of Lading.
