Hi Leeke,

I already received the item. However, the wig is not fit on my doll's head. I ordered 7-8 inch because my doll's head is 7.5" your wig is just 6.5 inch circumfence.

I would like to return it and please deliver my order I need the 7-8" size. I hope you could process my request ASAP. Pls see the attached files. I will be using this wig to my Youtube Channel. I chose the express shipping fee so I could receive it asap. However, I am so disappointed for the inconvenience.I supposedly have a schedule to use this wig on my Youtube channel, it will be delayed because I got the wrong item. Secondly, I really don't have time to go in the post office to ship it back (I have a tight schedule). I emailed you since the day I received but I got no reply from you. Please process my request. I appreciate if this would fix asap.

I have checked the size for 7-8inch wig.
This wig is 7-8inch. Our all wig is made with elastic wigcap.
Your doll is using 8/9inch wig. I have checked that information at your doll's company.
